The Deficit Authority without oversight – at every level.

Modern democracies were designed for a slower world. Elections remain essential – but they are blunt instruments. Between votes, officials at every level exercise binding authority over citizens' lives with virtually no structured accountability.

This is not a failure of democracy. It is an infrastructure deficit.

A building inspector can delay your permit arbitrarily. A school principal can make decisions that harm your child. A minister can abuse power between elections. In each case, your recourse is minimal – complaint mechanisms that protect institutions, not citizens.

Teisond closes that deficit.

50,000 – 500,000
Officials exercising governmental authority in a typical democracy
500 – 2,500
Currently subject to sustained public scrutiny
95% – 99%
of officials remain beyond any form of structured civic oversight

The Platform A permanent mechanism for civic judgment.

Teisond provides verified citizens with a simple, continuous means to render civic judgment – expressed as trust or distrust – on any official exercising governmental authority. No justifications required. No personal data published. No algorithms deciding who matters.

Every official. Every level.

Not just politicians. Every person holding power to make binding decisions in governmental capacity – across all four levels of authority. Presidents to building inspectors.

One citizen. One voice.

Registration requires identity verification against a government-issued document with biometric liveness check. No duplicates. No bots. No coordinated manipulation. One verified account per citizen, per country.

Your judgment is never public.

Individual civic judgments are cryptographically protected and never disclosed. Only aggregated indices are published. The Platform is technically incapable of profiling your opinions.

Mission For every official, every day.

Teisond provides citizens with permanent infrastructure to judge any official exercising governmental authority – making public legitimacy visible, continuous, and comprehensive – for every official, every day.

How It Works Simple to use. Structurally sound.

01

Step 1: Verify Your Identity

Scan your ID document and complete a biometric liveness check. One account. Free. Permanent. No personal data stored in identifiable form.

02

Step 2: Express Your Judgment

Find any official in the national database. Express trust or distrust with a single action. No forms. No justifications required. No time limit.

03

Step 3: See the Signal

Watch how legitimacy indices evolve over time. See how citizens collectively judge power. Change or withdraw your judgment at any time.

Why it matters

Civic capacity – the ability of ordinary people to observe what institutions are doing, compare this with their own expectations, and form a stable opinion – is a widely distributed potential. Whether it is visible depends on the design of information systems.

When an official treats you dismissively, Teisond provides immediate recourse: a recorded judgment affecting their public legitimacy index – restoring dignity and agency where helplessness previously prevailed.

The honest case

Where We Launch 27 countries. One standard. Your language.

Every country gets a dedicated Platform in the national language, with jurisdiction-specific official databases and identity verification. Same methodology, same thresholds, same transparency – everywhere. All national Platforms are operated centrally by AGPT Ltd. All citizen data stays within national jurisdiction.

Neutrality Charter We build the instrument. We do not use it.

Teisond is bound by a public Neutrality Charter – a set of permanent commitments published before the Platform launched and enforceable by anyone who reads them.

No political affiliation.

AGPT Ltd has no ties to any political party, movement, or ideology in any country. If this ever changes, we disclose it publicly before it takes effect.

No commentary on indices.

We never interpret, celebrate, or criticize any official's numbers. Data speaks for itself is not a slogan – it is an operational rule.

Algorithmic integrity.

No employee or external actor can manually alter a legitimacy index. Every change to the algorithm is documented publicly before it takes effect.

Sovereignty & Trust Your data stays in your country. We cannot access it even if we wanted to.

The Neutrality Charter defines what we will not do. The Sovereignty and Trust Framework explains why we structurally cannot.

Jurisdictional data residency.

Citizen data for each country is stored within the EU in jurisdiction-appropriate infrastructure. Cross-country data queries are architecturally impossible.

Operator cannot identify citizens.

Your identity data is converted into a one-way cryptographic hash at the verification boundary. What enters the system is a fingerprint, not a person. Even Platform developers cannot determine who you are.

Operator cannot modify indices.

Indices are computed automatically from aggregated judgments using published formulas. There is no administrative interface for changing a number. This is enforced by architecture, not by policy.

This is not a protest platform. Not surveillance. Not a rating app. Not social media with a democratic theme. It is infrastructure – the same way roads, courts, and voting booths are infrastructure.

This is not about judgment of character.

Teisond does not ask citizens to assess morality, competence, or ideology. It asks a single question: do you trust or distrust this official in their current capacity? The aggregated answer is a signal – not a verdict.

This is restoration of citizen agency.

When a building inspector delays your permit arbitrarily, you currently have no structured recourse. Teisond creates the missing loop: a continuous, verified feedback cycle that turns aggregated civic judgment into visible signals for every official, at every level.
