01
No political affiliation
AGPT Ltd has no ties to any political party, movement, coalition, or ideology – in any country where the Platform operates. No political entity has ever provided funding, resources, or personnel to the project. If this ever changes, we will disclose it publicly before it takes effect.
02
No political advertising
The Platform does not carry advertising of any kind. No political ads, no commercial ads, no sponsored content, no paid placements. Revenue comes exclusively from fixed-price subscriptions paid by officials and institutions for their own analytics.
03
No commentary on indices
AGPT Ltd does not issue press releases, public statements, or social media posts interpreting, celebrating, or criticizing any official's legitimacy index. Our public communications concern methodology, infrastructure, and transparency – never the political meaning of any number. "Data speaks for itself" is not a slogan. It is an operational rule.
04
Equal treatment of all officials
Every official at every level of authority is subject to the same methodology, the same thresholds, the same publication rules, and the same privacy guardrails. No official receives preferential treatment, delayed publication, or modified thresholds based on political position, party affiliation, or any other factor.
05
Algorithmic integrity
No employee, administrator, or external actor can manually alter a legitimacy index. Indices are computed automatically from aggregated citizen judgments according to published rules. Any change to the algorithm or publication parameters is documented in the Platform Journal before it takes effect.
06
Transparency over suppression
When the system detects anomalies – coordinated campaigns, sudden bursts, suspicious patterns – we flag them publicly with a plain-language transparency note. We do not silently remove data. Readers always see what happened and what we did about it.
07
Open methodology
The complete methodology – index calculation, confidence intervals, publication thresholds, anomaly detection principles – is published in the White Paper and summarized on every national Platform. Changes are versioned and announced in the Platform Journal before implementation.
08
No data weaponization
Citizen data is processed through irreversible cryptographic hashing. The Platform cannot identify who judged whom. We publish only aggregates – never individual judgments, never demographic breakdowns, never micro-segments that could enable targeting or profiling.
09
Right to Respond
Every official whose index is published has the right to attach an official statement to their profile as a transparency note. This statement is displayed alongside the index without editorial intervention. We do not edit, approve, or reject official responses – they appear as submitted.
10
Self-accountability
We apply to ourselves the same standard we apply to officials: transparency, public rules, documented changes, and openness to scrutiny. This Charter is a public commitment. If we violate it, we expect to be held accountable – by citizens, by media, and by the institutions we serve.
11
Citizen ownership
The Platform is designed to transition from founder-operated to citizen-owned. This is not an aspiration – it is an architectural decision. The governance pathway, token model, and ownership transfer mechanism are documented in the White Paper (Section 9).
