Teisond is civic infrastructure for continuous legitimacy monitoring of public officials across all 27 EU member states. The Platform provides identity-verified citizens with a permanent, structured mechanism to render civic judgment – expressed as trust or distrust – on any official exercising governmental authority, from national ministers to local building inspectors.
Teisond is not a poll, a petition, or a rating app. It is infrastructure – a new bilateral information channel between those who govern and those who are governed. Individual judgments are cryptographically protected and never published. Only aggregated legitimacy indices are visible.
Teisond is operated by AGPT Ltd, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom (128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX). The Platform is launching across all 27 EU member states in 2026.
All 27 EU member states. Four levels of authority – from heads of state to local administrative officials. Every official with binding governmental power is in scope.
Every citizen account requires verification against a government-issued document with biometric liveness check. One account per citizen per country. No anonymous participation.
Individual civic judgments are cryptographically protected. The Platform is technically incapable of disclosing how any individual citizen has judged any official.
Participation is permanently free. Revenue comes from official subscriptions to detailed legitimacy analytics – not from citizens, not from advertising.
Teisond accepts no government grants or public funding. The Platform does not carry advertising. Editorial independence is maintained by design, not by policy alone.
Teisond is built toward full citizen ownership. Value created by citizens belongs to citizens. A two-stage governance model provides the pathway to that transition.
